Funeral Services Held for 'Infomercial King' Billy Mays

ShareFuneral services are under way for television product pitchman Billy Mays at a church in McKees Rocks, the tiny suburb where he was born and raised just down the Ohio river from Pittsburgh.
The 50-year-old television personality was found dead at his home in Tampa, Fla. on June 28. A medical examiner says he likely died of a heart attack, though test results to confirm that are pending.
Mays shot commercials until a few days before his death. Known for his jet black hair and beard, Mays developed his yell-and-sell technique hawking products on Atlantic City's Boardwalk in 1983.
